Canadian data residency
The database, authentication and document storage run in AWS ca-central-1 (Montréal). AI processing runs on Azure OpenAI in Canada East (Québec). No client data is persisted outside Canada.
Isolation per firm
Row-Level Security (RLS) is enforced directly in the database on every table: a user can only reach households belonging to their own organization, never another firm’s.
Data minimization
Entourage Map doesn’t require SINs, account numbers or statements. Maps are built from high-level facts and ballpark balances — enough to see the full picture, without holding what isn’t needed.
Passwordless client portal
Your clients sign in with a one-time code sent by email — no passwords to remember or leak. Every change they make is logged and flagged for your review before it becomes the file of record.
AI with the advisor in the loop
AI tools compute facts in code and use AI only to narrate. Azure OpenAI never trains its models on your data. Every output is reviewed by you and carries a non-advice disclaimer.
Your data is yours
Export any household to PDF or all of your data to CSV, at any time. If you leave, your data is kept for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
